PEEK Columns – 2.1 mm ID

This column is designed for narrow-bore applications, or those with a limited amount of sample available for analysis. Because 2.1 mm ID columns operate at 1/5 of the flow rate of their 4.6 mm counterparts, a sample mass injected on a 2.1 mm column will produce five times the detector signal of the same amount injected on a 4.6 mm column. Said another way, 20% of the sample volume will give the same signal. Only PEEK and PAT contact the fluid stream.
