These unions allow the connection of two pieces of 1/16" tubing, two pieces of 1/8" tubing, or one 1/8" to one 1/4" piece of tubing, quickly and reliably. The unions are inert and biocompatible.

VICI unions have 1/4"-28 flat bottom ports, so they can be used with collapsible ferrules, inverted ferrules, or flanged tube ends. Complete versions of the 0.50 mm and 0.75 mm bore unions are shipped with PPS flangeless nuts and ETFE ferrules for 1/16" tubing; 1.30 mm versions get PEEK nuts and ETFE ferrules for 1/8" tubing. The reducing union is supplied with polyacetal flangeless nuts, with an ETFE ferrule for the 1/8" connection and a CTFE ferrule for the 1/4" connection.
