VICI Jour stainless steel sample loops are made of premium grade* SS316 tubing. The tubing is cut using an electrolytic cutting process which leaves no burrs, then cleaned with ultrasound and high pressure steam to remove contaminants, dried, and capped with softener-free caps to avoid recontamination.

We offer nuts in three lengths to facilitate wrench access on valves. For frequently-replaced loops, we recommend the extra long nut – particularly when space is restricted.

*Premium grade tubing has a tighter ID tolerance, minimizing the tolerance of the loop volume.
